This Saturday, March 8th, is International Women’s Day. This year’s theme is Inspiring Change. I love that concept and hope that we all become ambassadors for change this year.
This week’s video is on celebrating and supporting each other to be the best we can be. I will share with you what my friend David Michael Meggyesy, former NFL player and author of Out of Their League, is teaching boys and coaches to help bring about this paradigm shift.
Remember this is not just a women’s issue it is a human issue.
