Have you ever felt like you were hitting a brick wall? I know I have!
You sit down at your computer to write a blog, a report or a letter, but hours later you’re still staring at the blank screen. You stand at your easel to begin a painting and can’t even draw one line. You feel frustrated, confused and begin to crave a slice of pizza, a margarita or a nap.
I want to dedicate this video to one of my mentors who passed away last week. Angeles Arrien encouraged me to “walk the spiritual path with practical feet” by working with rituals and practical spiritual tools. Through her I learned many global rituals and have incorporated them into my personal life as well as into my profession teachings. Thank you Angeles.
